We start with socialization in the beginning of each class, we break and start obedience training.  After playtime, the dogs are calm and ready to learn.  We use food motivators to lure and teach obedience skills, then we ween off the treats.  Please bring a medium and high value treats to class.

Our classes are set up by age group more than divided by beginning and intermediate skills because we offer socialization, which is hard to find in most training classes.  We believe it's critical for dogs to interact with each other.

For the beginners, we teach the basics such as, Sit, Sit-Stay, Down, Down-Stay, Recall, Leash skills, Leave-It, and Drop-it.  We work towards the good manners laid out in the AKC programs with additional skills.

For the intermediate students, we offer a few more impulse control exercises, group obedience off leash, and the AKC exercises. If there is something specific you want to learn, let us know!
